Care about the fate of Ukraine, anxiety about lingering crisis in the Ukrainian society, aspiration to render assistance the President of Ukraine, the Supreme Council and Government, active and structural in giving the country a direction of steady economic, political and spiritual development and also awareness about insufficiency and certain inadequacy to the real public tasks of conceptual approaches and political decisions offered by political parties and public organizations existing in Ukraine, impelled the representatives of scientific and creative intelligentsia, business communities of 2000 on the threshold of the third millennium to establish the All-Ukrainian Party of Spirituality and Patriotism (VPDP).
