URC Colonel general Nikolay Sysoyev

For a long time Registered Cossacks were considered the elite of the Ukrainian people, erudite, brave.

A person, who we want to present to you, was born in 1938 in a simple large family, he come from the Volgograd Region, he is a native Cossack, and his grandfather was the Cossack-ambassador in Turkey during the pre-revolutionary period.

Continuing traditions of good and altruism of the nice ancestor-Cossack, in the mid-sixties Nikolay Petrovich Sysoyev has made his professional choice. 1967 graduated from the Kharkov medical stomatological institute, 1972 postgraduate study at the orthopedic stomatology department of the Poltava medical stomatological institute. Since 1967 till 1979 have been working there as a post-graduate student, an assistant on the orthopedic stomatology department, was an official secretary of the institute party committee.

December 1979 he has been elected as a head of the orthopedic stomatology department of the Crimean state medical institute. Has defended a dissertation.

Since 1994 till 1997 became the dean of stomatological faculty of the Crimean state medical university named after S.I. Georgievsky in Simferopol, since 1997 till now is a head of the stomatology department of Continuing Education faculty CSМU.

It is necessary to underline, that Nikolay Petrovich is Doctor of Medicine, professor, the USSR public health services high achiever, the academician of 3 academies - a member of the Ukrainian academy of sciences of national progress, member and head of medical and biologic branch of the Crimean academy of sciences, honorary academician of the Ukrainian medical stomatological academy. Also, Nikolay Sysoyev is a member of the dentists association of Ukraine and Crimea, Gran-Pri owner for scientific work “Development and introduction of treatment-and-prophylactic means on basis of the essential oil plants’ components in a medical practice”, has the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem. It is no wonder, that Nikolay Petrovich has published more than 210 scientific articles, has brought more than 60 efficiency proposals, has patented more than 20 scientific developments. The author of the anniversary book “Inhabitants of the Crimea are defenders of Stalingrad“. The organizer of annual international conferences “Role of space pilots in air and space research” concerning scientific programs of astronauts’ pilots’ and scientists’ rehabilitation.

The list of Nikolay Sysoyev’s merits can be continued who always helps people and Ukrainian Registered Cossacks: helps URC Cossacks under the motto: “A sound mind in a sound Cossack body!”, actively takes part in URC life, was a part of delegation on URC Velyka Rada in 2009 from Crimea and makes a huge work concerning URC youth education.

We should speak about him and follow such great personality, a real native Cossack. The surgeon general of the URC Black Sea district Nikolay Petrovich Sysoyev, understanding importance of the cultural-ethnic parties revival of the Registered Cossacks, has ordered 40 copies of the national newspaper “Cossack Ukraine” on his pension for: invalids society, the veterans organization, rehabilitation branch, the territorial centre of social service of pensioners and lonely invalid citizens, schools, gymnasiums, colleges, executive committees, Prosecutor General’s Office, Verkhovnaya Rada, Autonomous republic Crimea Ministerial council. Thereby he has done a huge work in spirituality and education sphere, in URC cultural-educational activity and has opened the world of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks for different population levels of Crimea. Some people ask, what is our activity … The answer is in our newspaper “Cossack Ukraine”.

To tell the truth, officials, students, pupils, militiamen, invalids, pensioners learn for themselves a lot of new and interesting things from the Cossack point of view and not only, lifting the whole cultural layer of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks. By the way, after that event the inhabitants of Crimea show desire to join URC.

The Crimean society of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks is proud of Nikolay Petrovich Sysoyev and has awarded him with “Bronze Cossack cross” and “Silver Cossack cross. Undoubtedly, the destiny is favorable to those who takes life with interest, comprehending and creating something new, who desires to improve the world and to help people, who serves the Ukrainian people and URC, that is why: “When the person does something he is able to do on the best way, he will do it with pleasure”.
