“We believe in ourselves because the Lord believes in us!”. Those were the words with which the Leader of the All-Ukrainian Party of Spirituality and Patriotism, Hetman of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks, Corresponding Member of NAS of Ukraine, Ph. Doctor of Theology, Ph. Doctor of Technical Science, Rector of the Donetsk State Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Full Professor Anatoli Ivanovich Shevchenko encouraged the new recruits to the URC ranks citizens of Zaporozhie, where presentation of the regional Cossack organization the URC has been held. These words also sounded in the next following radio broadcast “Spiritual Landing Place”, which presented a report on this very important event in the life of the Registered Cossacks.

On request of listeners from Donetsk Anatoli Ivanovich told in a more detailed way about his participation in the solemn 12-th Big Round of Military Cossack association “central Cossack Troop” in the hall of Church Cathedrals of the temple of Christ the Savior in Moscow.It was in that place where the URC Hetman realized his permanent policy of people’ diplomacy, so that the relations between our two peoples – the Ukrainians and the Russians- could strengthen constantly. The leader of the registered Cossacks told about the role of the URC in development of Ukraine as a sovereign, independent and democratic state, about its role in spiritual development of the country, in the spiritual regeneration of the Ukrainians.

In the radio broadcast “Spiritual Landing Place” it was told about the following: on July the 12th the Orthodox Church celebrated the First Patron Saint’s Day of Apostles Paul and Peter – Peter’s Day. The holiday is preceded by Peter’s fast, or Apostle’s fast , which, according to the number of days, can be close to the Advent.

Peter was the first who called his Teacher “Christ, the Son of Living God”…

It has been mentioned in the “Spiritual Landing Place” the year of 2002, when for the first time in the independent Ukraine Velyka Constitutive Rada regenerated the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks by its resolution and confirmed the post of Hetman. Cossacks elected a hereditary Cossack Anatoli Ivanovich Shevchenko for this post!
