of the All-Ukrainian Party

of Spirituality and Patriotism

According to the Resolution of the V congress of the All-Ukrainian Party of Spirituality and Patriotism dated 15.12.2005, an inter-party congress of the All-Ukrainian Party of Spirituality and Patriotism, the Party of Protection of the Rights of Pensioners of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian Chernobyl people's Party " For Prosperity and Social Security of People", which have formes an electoral block " Vlast Narodu" ( Power for People), is to take place on December 24th 2005 in the House of Cinema. The address is: c.Kiev, Saksaganski St. 6 (Metro station " Palace of Sports").

The registration of the participants is from 9.30 a.m.

The work of the congress is from 10.00 a.m. till 1.00 p.m.

Agenda of the inter-party congress:

1. On the election program of the electoral block "Vlast Narodu" ( Power for People). Definition of the political strategy of the election.

2. On format of participation of the Party of Protection of Pensioners of Ukraine, All-Ukrainian Party of Spirituality and Patriotism, All-Ukrainian Chernobyl People party " For Prosperity and Social Security of People" during the elections to the Supreme Rada of Ukraine and organs of local self-government in 2006.

3. On putting forward candidates from the electoral block "Vlast Naroda" to people deputies of Ukraine.

4. Adoption of Resolution of the inter-party congress.

5. Consideration of organizational problems.

The number of delegates for the congress from 1 regional organization of the APSP is 10 persons.

It is proposed to send lists of delegates of the congress before 21.12.2005 to the General Headquaerters: Kiev, Malaia Zhitomorskaya St. 11, off.7, tel/fax ( 044)278-75-27.

Atamans of regional associations of the URC are invited to the inter-party congress.

Leaders of party organizations of the APSP ( regional, district, city) should register their party organizations in head offices of state registration service before 30.12.2005.
