Recently head of the Tsyurupinsk District State Administration Dmitry Osipov celebrated his birthday. Dmitry Germanovich's professionalism and consecutive and hard work have made the powerful contribution to development of enforcement authorities in the Region. Head of the District State Administration favors the revival and development of the Ukrainian Cossacks in Khersonshchina.

Deputy ataman of the Kherson Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks Oleg Boiko and ataman of the URC Tsyurupinsk Organization Victor Shkuta also congratulated Dmitry Osipov. They thanked for his fruitful work with Registered Cossacks, for revival of spirituality, patriotism, traditions of the Ukrainian people, awarded Dmitry Germanovich with the Cossack diploma and presented him the book of the Hetman of the Ukrainian Registered Cossacks Anatoliy Shevchenko "Christ".
